Pattern 17 is a set of 20 moiré line patterns with innumerable possibilities for nonlinear, optical interaction by flipping, rotating, overlaying, scaling, and combining with each other. These are great for adding a subtle, clean texture to a page.
Moiré is an interference pattern created, for example, when two grids are overlaid at an angle, or when they have slightly different mesh sizes. These files are saved individually and must be either copied and rotated/flipped upon themselves or combined with other files in order to acquire the moiré effect.
