THE LICENSE TO USE THE FONTS
ATTENTION! Before installing the software please read this License agreement. You have purchased the software product is protected by the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on protection of intellectual property, the provisions of international treaties binding on the country of the end user, as well as the provisions of this Licence agreement, which is strictly required to have entered into individuals and spreads itself thus its action. Violation of the terms of this EULA shall attract the consequences provided for by effective legislation of the Russian Federation. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, return the package with the media, as well as the rest of the supplies (including printed materials and any other content) that the organization from which you purchased the product, and remove all copies of it. Exclusive rights to this software and documentation are those of their respective owners. The right to redistribute this product and providing end-user Licenses (the License agreement) on its behalf belong to Dima Pole or its representative designated for correspondence with e-mail dspole@yandex.com (the Manufacturer of this font).
LICENSE AGREEMENT
This document is a legal agreement between you, the end user, on the one hand, and by the font designer (or representative of the Manufacturer of this font), on the other hand. By purchasing and/or installing font software, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of this agreement.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 the "font software" ("Font"). This term defines the font of arbitrary format, are presented in digital form.
1.2 "workstation". Means any computer that is used as a server, desktop computer, laptop, PDA, Communicator, multi-processor computer, terminal, etc.
1.3 "basic license". A document issued when you purchase one that contains a standard list of rights and restrictions on the use of the Font. If a base license is not issued, it is the function of this EULA.
1.4 "Additional license". A document issued when you purchase the Font and attached
to the Basic license. Additional license extends the standard law on the use of the Font.
2. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 the Number of installations
You have the right to install and use the Font on a specific number of workstations that belong to you as an individual or as a legal entity. The number of workstations that is subject to this license is determined by the documents issued when you purchase the Font. In the absence of such documents, this number should not exceed five. Installing the Font on the server is only allowed to work in the mode of a personal computer. In this case, the installation of the Font on the server equivalent installation on one workstation.
2.2 The Use Of The Font
You have the right to remove or reproduce characters of a Font in a commercial or non-commercial purposes on any surface, in particular on paper, computer screens, billboards, clothing, and any other surfaces without restricting circulation, provided that the images of the signs will be of a fixed size. In particular, the images of characters of the Font for the design of Web pages may be used only in raster formats like PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.
Furthermore, the use of Font characters to create logos require an Additional license. Right to view images of characters of the Font in the video, in particular for television broadcasts, titles and inscriptions film and video productions require Additional licenses. Use the Font to design website with @font-face this license is not available and requires a special Web license.
2.3 Embedding The Font
You are entitled to the embedding of images of characters of the Font in scalable form in the documents intended for transfer to third parties (for example, documents in format EPS or PDF), only under the condition that the documents intended for viewing or printing, and cannot be edited (Print & Preview). Do not use these documents for commercial distribution in the form of electronic books, journals, or for templates commercial publications — such a right requires an Additional license.
2.4 Backup
You have the right to make one copy of the Font for backup purposes.
2.5 the Transfer of the Font to third parties
You may not place, install and use the Font on the computers of other companies or individuals, to give him a loan, rent or transmit to other users, except when completely transferred all the kit, including the Font, registration documents, license agreement, usage guidance, printed material, backup. In this case, you must destroy all existing copies of the software and documentation and notify the company about Jaromir change of licensee. The right to temporary transfer of the Font in the prepress Bureau requires Additional licenses.
2.6 Distribution
You may not redistribute the Font either as a standalone product or together with other software or devices regardless of that, such distribution is commercial in nature or not. You are required to provide reasonable protection against unauthorized access and copying of the Font.
2.7 Modification
You may not modify the Font. The right to modification of the Font requires an Additional license. In this case, the right to modified versions of the Font will be owned by the Manufacturer of this font. You can use these versions to suit the limitations set forth in this License agreement. Distribution of your modifications of the Font or its individual characters is only possible when signing a separate agreement with the Manufacturer of this font.
3. THE CONTRACT
The contract has no geographical limitation and deadline, but the contract becomes null and void if at least one of the above conditions are not met. In this case, you must destroy all existing copies of the received Font, including backup, as well as appropriate documentation.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
this font is supplied without any Express or implied obligation on the part of the supplier, including commercial warranty, and the warranty of fitness for any specific application areas. Manufacturer of this font, under any circumstances, is not liable for damages caused by the use or the inability
use of these fonts, or the provision of or failure to provide support services related to the use of this font.
