Floodfonts is an independent type foundry based in Cologne, Germany and was founded in the year 2000 by Felix Braden. In the early days he designed numerous free typefaces – some of them are available in the Adobe Creative Cloud. He worked together with various foundries e.g. Fontfont, Monotype, Fountain, URW++, Volcanotype and Ligature Inc. His typeface FF Scuba is one of the winners of the Communication Arts Typography Annual 2013. Kontiki aka Pulpo Rust was nominated for the German Design Award 2019.
